His visit to the mines was once he was made to work on the snow-covered hills where the temperatures were below freezing and the snow cover was so thick that visibility was almost non-existent. Through this situation, Dale could have been rendered unconscious. He was not provided any shelter in this time, since the temperatures have been cold enough to induce hypothermia.

The USA doesn't provide. Instead, in the event the employee is taken into custody against his will and that he has no means of escape, the individual who holds him will be held liable.

The Idaho Attorney General's Office, which handled the case, agrees. According to Elizabeth Fischer, a staff attorney for the Attorney General's Office,"When it comes to someone needing to involuntary servitude, you wish to make sure you've got a statute that clearly defines what's happening and clearly defines it is involuntary servitude. You need to make sure you're not regulating an area in which there are no legal standards to govern."

Whether one believes that"conscience"tolerance" are"civil rights" or not is immaterial. But, people don't have the right to refuse to function in situations like these. The people in positions of power must get a system set up to induce people to work if they agree to it or not.

Have we forgotten about Thomas Edison? Do we feel that the authorities in the United States of America would have forced Edison to work to get them and pay him salary when he refused? Could there have been no electricity in our houses if Edison had not refused to be made to use electricity?

Of course, we don't reside in a financial state in the USA of America. You can find those in power who stand to gain the most from forcing individuals to work for them. Letting the government to force people to utilize the nation results in abuses and inefficiency.

And, from everything I've read on the world wide web, Idaho seems to be one of the countries that offers the very"regressive" tax systems in the country. To put it differently, when you visit Idaho, the state's service to the people is on par with a third world nation. Furthermore, the state and the national authorities, in Idaho, seem to be out of touch.

Thus, in Idaho, the citizens seem to have much more of a feeling of being"one of the men" than the citizens of the state that hold them . This makes a lot of sense to me personally, and perhaps it should.
